User Agreement for Nuvie
Effective Date: February 24, 2025

1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing Nuvie! This User Agreement (the "Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the Nuvie application and its associated services (collectively referred to as the "Service"). By accessing or using Nuvie, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must cease using the Service immediately.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To use Nuvie, you must be at least 18 years old or meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this Agreement and comply with all applicable laws.

2.2 Legal Authority
If you are using Nuvie on behalf of an organization, you must have the legal authority to bind that organization to the terms of this Agreement. You represent and warrant that you have such authority.

3. Account Creation and Security
3.1 Account Registration
To gain access to all features of Nuvie, you must register for an account. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Responsibility
It is your responsibility to safeguard your account and report any unauthorized access immediately to the Nuvie Team at fadimemahya@gmail.com. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account.

3.3 Suspension and Termination of Accounts
The Nuvie Team reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its discretion, without prior notice, if you violate any provisions of this Agreement, engage in illegal activities, or if fraudulent activity is suspected. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and all rights granted under this Agreement will cease.

4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership of Service
The intellectual property rights related to the Nuvie Service, including trademarks, copyrights, software, and content, are exclusively owned by the Nuvie Team. All rights are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4.2 License to Use
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Nuvie Team grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are not permitted to modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without prior written consent from the Nuvie Team.

5. User Obligations
5.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use Nuvie only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You must not engage in activities that could damage, disrupt, or impair the normal functioning of the Service, such as distributing viruses, malware, or attempting unauthorized access to other accounts.

5.2 Prohibited Content
You may not upload, share, or transmit any content that is illegal, defamatory, offensive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. You are fully responsible for all content you submit through the Service.

6. Third-Party Links and Services
6.1 Third-Party Integrations
The Nuvie Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for your convenience, and we have no control over their content or privacy practices. You acknowledge that accessing such third-party services is done at your own risk.

6.2 Third-Party Terms
By accessing or using third-party services through Nuvie, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of those third parties. We are not responsible for any disputes or claims arising from your use of third-party services.

7. Limitations of Liability
7.1 No Liability for Indirect Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Nuvie Team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business, or profits, arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is," and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be free of errors, interruptions, or viruses. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Nuvie Team is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9.2 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to resolve the issue amicably through direct communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction.

10. Modifications to the Agreement
10.1 Changes to the Terms
The Nuvie Team reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted within the Service or communicated to you via email or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service following such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

10.2 Termination of the Agreement
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use the Service. The Nuvie Team may terminate or suspend your access to the Service if you breach any provisions of this Agreement.
